Delete your account

In the app

  1. Open PULSE SHIFT and go to Settings & Privacy.
  2. Select Privacy & Data, then Account Deletion.
  3. Review the notice and confirm the request.

The request has a seven-day cancellation period. During that period, return to the same screen to cancel.

If you cannot open the app

Email pulse.shift.01@gmail.com from the address linked to your account. State that you want your PULSE SHIFT account deleted. We may ask for limited information needed to verify account ownership.

Data affected

Deletion covers the linked account, gameplay progress, ranking entry, Friend relationships and requests, heart inbox, in-game economy, and related profile records. Records required for security, refunds, transaction disputes, tax, or other legal duties may be retained for the legally required period and then deleted or de-identified.

Guest-only data

If you never linked an account, local guest data can be removed by clearing app data or uninstalling PULSE SHIFT, subject to platform backup behavior.
